Here is a brief guide to our services:
We offer a full production service for offline, physical information products. Over the years we have established a trusted network of suppliers and can make up your products for you to the highest quality.
Some of the products with which we are able to assist you include: DVDs, CDs, Manuals, Booklets, Folders, Lead Generation packs / Mailouts, Ring Binders, DVD/CD presentation cases, Combination DVD/CD and Manual cases. Please contact us to discuss these or other requirements you may have.
Our fulfillment service can cover either the info products we have produced for you, or products produced elsewhere which require central stocking, packaging and shipment on receipt of customer orders. Our centrally located warehouse on the Gold Coast in Queensland is ideally placed to enable daily courier collections, and shipment around Australia and worldwide in the shortest possible time.
Stock Receipt: If we are not producing your products, we receive and unpack your stock into the warehouse, and check for any differences in quantities, reporting back as necessary.
Order Handling: A Handling Fee is charged per order received and processed, to cover your product fulfillment and packaging. Orders can be received via email or direct from your online shopping cart, or by fax or phone. The items ordered are selected out of storage and packed into appropriate packaging, ready for shipping. The package is labeled and shipping and tracking documentation is prepared.
Handling fee rates vary in relation to volumes handled and the size/nature of the product. These will be detailed within your individual quote.
Returns: Receiving and unpacking goods returned to us for any reason: re-stocking into the warehouse, including checking for any damage or differences in quantities, and reporting back to you. A nominal fee is charged per return. We can also refurbish returned product to new condition, a further saving for you.
Tracking: We can report and advise when shipments leave the warehouse, provide courier’s tracking numbers, and communicate directly with your customers – please advise us of your requirements.
We use a variety of packaging materials to suit the nature of the product, and where large quantities are involved, we can customize your packaging to suit. Once we have seen or produced a sample of your product, we will advise on the most appropriate packaging.
Except in the case of extremely voluminous products, our product storage is free of charge.
Any Insurance would have to be arranged by yourself, as we would not be the owners.
Having been in the business for over 12 years, our contractual arrangements with couriers and shippers such as AAE and DHL, and Australia Post, ensure that we can offer very competitive rates and provide a fast, reliable service.
Shipping rates will of course depend on destination, the mode of shipment required, speed of delivery and any necessity for tracking. These can be advised once your product and shipping requirements have been assessed.
Whichever mode of shipment you choose, your products will be out of the door within 12 working hours – guaranteed – and that normally means same day.
Wherever possible, and of course with your permission, we will always do our best to resolve any delivery or product related issues directly with your customers. If contacted directly a customer, we see it as our job to attempt to resolve it quickly, efficiently, and with the least interruption to you.
If you are contacted on such an issue, we encourage you to pass it on directly to us.
Day to day delivery issues can normally be resolved without the need to contact you. We would of course report to you any other issues on which we are contacted. I personally make myself available to discuss any issues, and my mobile number is on all correspondence.
